To start our term back in the artroom each child explored tie-dye and how to create it.

Students used coffee filters, textas and water to create their masterpieces which were then turned into beautiful creations.

Home Group 1 created butterflies using their tie-dye by adding a peg body and pipe cleaner antennae. Home Group 2 turned their tie-dye into scary monsters and Home Group 3 intricately created a black border for their tie-dye to create a beautiful stained glass window.

We are looking forward to sharing the artwork we have created this year with you at our Art Show later this term.
